INGREDIENTS:

Dried Tamarind, Jaggery, Rock Salt, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Dry Dates, Raisins, Chilly, Dry Ginger Powder, Vinegar.

MANUFACTURING:

Dried Tamarind is soaked, boiled and strained to make pulp. This pulp is cooked with jaggery, dry fruits, ginger powder, spices and salt to make traditional 'Sonth' chutney.
