MANUFACTURING:

Spices and herbs are cleaned, sundried, roasted and then pounded and mixed to make Buknu

USAGE:

-       Traditionally served with poori, parantha, roti, rice.

-       It is a healthy alternative to chat masala.

-       It can be sprinkled on snacks and fruit chats
